Our Returns & Refunds Promise

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns and refunds, in line with applicable consumer regulations.

1. Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once your order has been shipped, the cancellation period ends, and the following return conditions apply.

2. Returns for a Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, you must contact Persona within 14 days of receiving the goods. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us in these circumstances.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Upon confirmation of the fault, we will arrange and cover the cost of collection and provide a replacement or refund.

4. The Return Process & Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 28 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Unreturned Goods

If you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched but refuse delivery, you are responsible for making the goods available for collection at an agreed time. If the goods are not made available, we reserve the right to claim the full price of the goods and the delivery cost. This amount will be deducted from any pending refund or recharged to your original payment method.
