The moment your order is placed, we’ll send a confirmation email straight to your inbox—this is your record that we’ve received everything correctly. For items we have ready in our warehouse, our team will get to work and typically have it packed and dispatched within 48 business hours.
We do our absolute best to meet these timelines, but occasionally, life happens (like unexpected supply delays or events that are beyond our control). We’ll always keep you informed. If an item you’ve ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll contact you directly to talk through your options, which could include a firm date for when it will be back in stock or canceling that item for an immediate refund.
Shipping Charges
To make things easy, we charge a flat shipping fee of PKR 250 across Pakistan. This simple rate applies to every order, giving you one less thing to worry about while you shop.
Delivery Timeline & Address Policy
For our customers across Pakistan (outside of Karachi), we expect your order to arrive within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
To ensure the security of your purchase, we can only deliver your parcel to the shipping address you provided during checkout. For your protection, we are unable to redirect deliveries to an alternative address once the order is placed.
What if my order is delayed?
While we work with reliable partners to get your order to you within the estimated time, occasional delays can happen due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier logistics or weather.
